Terms & Conditions for Hire Banners
1. Booking Confirmation & Payment
Full payment and a refundable security deposit are required to confirm the booking. Payments must be completed at the time of booking to secure the hire.
2. Hire Period
Banners will be dispatched 3 days before the required date and must be returned within 3 days after the required date. The specific hire dates will be clearly outlined on a document included in the hire product box.
3. Delivery & Returns
A returns label will be included with the hire banner for ease of return. If the return date is missed, a new label will be generated, and the customer must print this label for the return. Collection is available from Salford, Manchester upon prior arrangement.
4. Late Returns
A late return fee of £20 per day will be charged if the banner is not returned within the specified timeframe.
5. Damage or Non-Return
If a banner is returned damaged, all or part of the security deposit will be retained to cover repair or replacement costs. If a banner is not returned, the entire security deposit will be kept.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will incur a 40% cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made in writing.
7. Care and Use
The hirer is responsible for ensuring the safe use of the banner. The banner must not be altered, damaged, or sub-hired to a third party. Damage caused by misuse or negligence will incur repair/replacement costs.
8. Liability and Insurance
The hirer assumes full responsibility for the banner during the hire period. The supplier is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of the banner.
9. Weather Conditions
Outdoor use of the banner must be pre-approved. The hirer is responsible for protecting the banner from adverse weather conditions.
10. Force Majeure
The supplier is not liable for cancellations, delays, or issues caused by circumstances beyond their control, including extreme weather, transportation disruptions, or acts of God.
11. Agreement
By making payment, the hirer agrees to these terms and conditions.
